Looking for a bolt
« on: August 16, 2012, 08:26:13 AM »
Anyone got an extra breech bolt for a 44 cal laying around? This dang addiction to '73s is gonna be the death of me as I'm getting too many irons in the fire at the same time, but man is it fun.

:D Ok, my second model round barrel 1881 is almost ready to go to the range, only need to put the sights on it.

:o Somewhere along the line it's brother joined it and I also have a second model oct barreled 1882 gun undergoing rebuild.

??? And in aquiring all the parts needed an extra frame and barrel fell into my lap and now I have a complete from the ground up rebuild taking place on the side. Don't know what year this one is as the serial number on the lower tang is unreadable from pitting, but it is also a second model. So, anybody got a spare bolt i can haggle for? ;D

;D Okay, got one coming from a pard on the SASS Wire. Now all I've got to do is get it put together.  :(
