For the eye cup, or the base. I could take mine apart and check, but won't the gunshopguys @ Bisley know? Or even your local gunsmith?

Most likely not, it's most likely a Whitworth thread. PUK, do you know anyone who works on old Brit bikes, they may be able to help you figure it out.

B.S.A.Patent. has the insert to rotate different aperatures into place. The diameter of the threaded portion is 2.24 inch, with about a 36 tpi pitch. Thats the best I can do with my limited toolbox.
If no one else can help, try Peter Dysson. There is nothing close on his website!

Thanks pards fer all yer help `n suggestions
My latest feelers are Fultons at Bisley, I`m more `n more inclined ta think that it is a Whitworth `cos from what I can remember from years back when I built a cafe Racer I used a 350 Gold Star Engine in a Norton Featherbed frame and I`m sure the bolts on the Beeza were Whitworth. and guess what!! I aint got any Whitworth Taps or Dies now!! So its a case of wait `till I get the info I need before I start spendin on a new Tand D set.
