Le cahier des charges de Black Eagle MONTANA comportait plusieurs pages , alliant plusieurs étuis déjà existant, et ses goûts personnels, entre autres un étui "one loop" remplacé par une fixation "texas jock Strap"

un ensemble "BUSCADERO" avec 2 holsters,  pour Vaquéro 5 1/2, avec laçage, avec "border stamping", clous navajo et conchos "aigle"
et 2 cartouchières rapportées en forme, avec à droite 10 pour 44/40 et à gauche 12 pour 38SP
ensemble en cuir pleine fleur noir 3 3,5mm,entièrement doublé en vachette velours marron, coutures  fil marron





les différents patronages ayant servi au nouveau modèle



un des holsters fini, avec travail de laçage de tranche, skirt, avec travail de "border stamping", les clous navajo et les conchos "eagle"


 détails des "skirts texas jock Strap" et détails du travail de laçage au "sabre" (alène à bredir


marquage des étuis sur les "back flap"


préparation des bandes de cartouchières rapportées


détails des cartouchières, entièrement bordées


le sanglon de réglage du buscadéro, de type "Méanéa"


finition avec perles en laiton

détails


détails du montage, de la "safety strap" et de la cartouchière rapportée où l'on voit les étuis de 38 déportés, pour une meilleure préhension


détail de la boucle "Eagle" et détails des 4x2 porte cartouches, assortis à l'ensemble, avec pressions "eagle"
