When I was a kid we called them "ringers" and we cut them along the edge of the brass. Your video brought back lots of fun memories. Thanks  :D

40 years ago, we did that with 3" mags!  We cut them through the hulls, half way down the wad.  WOW!  A Glaser safety slug on steroids.  Local deer poachers would have them in their belt when "rabbit" hunting.  In fact, it was one of them that taught me!
