I fixed myself a ham and cheese firitatta for breakfast with an english muffin. I made another pot of Cawfee for myself and anyone else. No clue for lunch or supper tonight.

Arcey don't forget to tell them that when the news idiots finally did reveal the story it suddenly grew from an altercation with 4 or 5 people with maybe another 20 looking on to a mob of a 100 that attacked the reporter.

I've had people look over at me at a stop light and lock their door.  Never bothered me one bit, I figure it just makes me safer if I bother someone that bad.

Speaking of that, I found out Lexie's Dad says he won't drop him off at our house anymore.  Seems I hurt the little twerps feelings because I yelled at him talked a bit harsh with him a couple of weeks ago.  He was supposed to drop her off at one of Andrea's friends house where Andrea was and didn't, said he couldn't afford the gas.  All I did was explain to him if you get a job and keep it for more than a few weeks you can afford a little extra gas.  (Remember I have a daughter and step-daughter named Andrea.)  My Andrea and her husband Scott were here eating supper with us when it happened.  Rita took Lexie's Dad out on the porch and shut the door.

Scott is such a nice SIL, not only does he fix my computer when it needs it, he told me if I didn't have an extra shovel he'd go get his. Wink

Got corn and pumpkins and butternut squash planted today.  Last time for carrots also, I have 7 out of 3 packs planted so far, don't know why, planted one more pack today..  Thinned the kohlrabi and transplanted the extras and planted some more beets, plus weeded and watered stuff in.

Thanks for the Cawffee this morning. Del, I had that same problem last year when I let my hair and beard grow for a year. The girls are stirring around in the back of the house. We had Chinese food last night. I am afraid that the cool weather is gonna leave today and the humidity will return.

Mornin'....

Arcey don't forget to tell them that when the news idiots finally did reveal the story it suddenly grew from an altercation with 4 or 5 people with maybe another 20 looking on to a mob of a 100 that attacked the reporter.

The question I’ve had, ‘n asked via ‘comments,’ is who knew ‘n threatened to make it public if the Pilot didn’t run it. The Drudge thing linked the article that was already written ‘n online – as an editorial…………..

As far as the crowd growin’, that was the reporters’ estimate. Ya gotta remember, they’re part of the same team reportin’ “Police have issued search warrants for four Twitter accounts seeking information about an April assault of two Virginian-Pilot reporters.”  The police don’t issue search warrants, that’s kinda basic. Sorta like all semi-auto long guns are AK-47s.

Ennyways………………….. Be runnin’ out that way inna bit. The shop ain’t far from the crime scene. Gonna tote my Marlin made AK-47 ‘n a Glock what goes ‘click, click, click’ when ya pull the trigger ‘n it’s empty with the slide forward – like on TV.

I just finished up the Kitchen cleanup for this morning and drinking another cup of Cawfee. The temp. is up to 70 outside. Victoria is asleep in the back bedroom on the bed. I'm gonna give the kitchen a little rest before I mess it up again. I think I have some left over frittata from yesterday, so breakfast is okay.  I had a fritos pie and a salad for lunch yesterday. No clue for lunch today.

Mornin, gonna be a bright bright sunshiney day.  Spent the mornin movin potted trees around, Lil thought the lemmon died but on close inspection it's jus' in a coma.

Had one a them cars that had the door lock button on the key chain, got accustomed ta usin it when I was walkin away from the car.  Went to a convenience store one night an hit the button, didn't notice the 2 brats sittin on the curb.  Afore I got ta the door of the place, girl brat made it clear she was offended that I did that an my car weren't so special.  Tolt her it was just a habbit an went in.  Come back out an one of them had keyed the thing.  A course they was nowhere ta be found, some folks take things too personal.

Havin ribs tanight.

Hey!!!  Cawfee hits the spot, as always; thanks fer havin' me.  Glad to see that y'all are doing well, apparently, for the most part, as far as it goes ------   Wink Wink Wink Grin  We are still truckin' along.

Kids, and other people: the root cause of more white hair and ulcers than anything else, methinks.

We've got one of those same sort of situations going on right now, Del; dad/son got offended over something, and is not letting us see Bella for a while.  Hurts my heart, but what can I do?

I have always had the effect on most others of causing them to step back, or lock the door, or get off of the elevator when I got on - or get their back up because they thought I "dissed" them or they felt threatened.  I don't know how many of you have ever seen a picture of me, but I used to resemble Grizzly Adams; now, I look more like Santa Claus, but my demeanor has always been gruff, to put it mildly; so most folks tend to give me a fairly wide berth.  It has caused me no end of situations in my life, but that's who I am.  As Popeye once said: "I yam what I yam."  And people wonder why I act like a hermit most of the time.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Undecided

The station wagon locks everythin' when ya pull it outta park

Clark Kent was on the village idiot, junior's show a couple day ago. He thinks Lois Lane lockin' the doors started it. Soon's she did the rock flew, he got out 'n the party started. Talk 'bout a Darwin candidate...........................

They're both 'come-heres.' He's from somewhere in Minnesota by way of South Dakota. She's from Dallas. I doubt either of 'em are awful familiar with the late evenin' culture 'round there.

The nationally infamous intersection:

I took that when I left the shop this mornin'. I don't know what it's like at 2300 hours these days. The area 'round it ain't never been too friendly to folks like me at that time ah night - even when I walked it with a uniform on. It doesn't look the same now as then but the same housin' projects are right on top of it just as they were then.

The whole problem the locals have with it was the delay in reportin' it 'n the politician-like excuses for why not. There's been an underlyin' distrust of the paper by many for quite awhile. This doesn't help.

Did find one thing real different. A street o'er that way I used as a short cut when I was on the street done been changed ta one way 'n it weren't the way I had intended ta go. Damned bus driver didn't have any sense of humor a'tall....................

Thanks for the Cawffee, LIT. Slim, Sorry to hear about the passing of your kin folk. We had grilled chicken burritos for supper last night with some fresh verde hot sauce. We made another week, so I guess that it must be Pizza Friday. We're trying to wake up this morning. Moose is getting ready for school, Victoria is napping on the bed, and I'm drinking Cawffee and playing on the computer. Life is goof.
