Thanks for the Cawfee this morning. We ended up having take-out burgers last night. I fixed some pancakes for Victoria and I this morning. We got a cool front this morning. It's teasing us with a little sprinkle of rain. I'm have drank my fill of Cawfee this morning. My kidneys are working good this morning.  Lunch and supper are in question.

I'm in the OWS today.  About ready to go get a cup of tea, had coffee this morning at home while I did dishes.  Had my youngest and her husband over for supper last night, had cheese steaks.

The kids and me Friday:

Notice despite the wind in Lexie's hair my hat stays where it should:

The plants don't care if the rows are straight or not, Del. Wink

Had thunder and rain this morning. Despite the meds, still had a shivering fur collar Roll Eyes Tongue
So far no other stuff in the state, but that'll probably change later.

Started looking up oil filter for the hamstermobile, found what i needed info-wise. Boy, has the price of motor oil went up! So far, cheapest I've seen on line is around $3.99/qt, and nobody has sales on it. Last sale I saw was the beginning of March at Menard's, $1.99/qt. Got the Mustang changed with that. Stuff I prefer to use is close to $6/qt., have to back up and punt now. At least the the Kia only takes 4.23 qts./4 liters............. Roll Eyes Undecided

You can get more in a crooked row, basic math you know. Grin

I may be able to find enough to have a mess of greens by the week-end.  May have to mix turnip and mustard, no biggy.  What collards are there I'm going to let grow, but I'm done waiting, going to re-seed with beets, first round of carrots didn't do much either, going to fill in with beets also.

Lil grows some good carrots, kinda small but sweet.  Gonna try ta do some cantalopes fer the landlords this year, I hate the things but it were a special request.  Think we got the nectarine sorted out, had peach curl but we're hopin we caught it in time, buds seem ta be off ta a good start.  Lemmon took a dirt nap after the last freeze an the plumb is iffy.  I was raised ta stick trees in the ground ASAP but 'parrently some folks leave em in the pot fer who knows how long.  Hope it all works out.

Neither, nothing else has a problem, they didn't really sprout but a couple and there are two types so I don't know.  Got another bunch in the ground anyway.

It was rough when we planted, it's mellowing real good though.  Got to get the fence up pretty soon, when the spinach gets decent leaves on it I'm afraid when I not lookin' a 90 pound black rabbit will wander in and figure out what it is, there will be none left. Roll Eyes  His favorite food is raw spinach. Grin

Liz has butter crunch lettuce coming up in her garden, we will have to see what we get out of it before we move.

Had the home inspection on the new house today, mostly minor stuf, we have a few items the seller needs to fix though.

Arcey, do you remember an officer named Norm Harris, he will be my neighbor out there, said he has a tractor with an auger bit for when we get ready to put in fence posts for the horse fencing.
