I fixed a couple of cheese burgers on the grill, with baked beans and mustard potato salad for supper tonight. More rain is expected tomorrow. The girls have gone to bed and I've got a serious case of insomina tonight. I plan on taking Moose out to supper tomorrow night to eat ribs at our favorite BBQ place. It's supposed to be dry through the weekend. The rain made it humid this morning. Victoria and I spent most of the day with the A/C and ceiling fans on. I've done some prep work for tomorrow's Pot O Cawffee.

Was hopin' to get some of that rain here - got one clap of thunder & about a dozen raindrops was all, & of course the wind blew hard all day. Been watering the garden twice a day trying to keep it from drying up & blowing away

TThanks for the Cawffee this morning. I finally got asleep, just as the rain started. It was another good soaker. I slept till 0900. It's really humid outside now. Cawffee and toast for breakfast, no clue for lunch. I got a BOGO coupon for a rib dinner at our favorite BBQ place for supper tonight.

Well, progress......finally! Son got here around noon, wew got the batteries back in, and, the master cyl. out Grin Wasn' as much of a booger as it looked. he was even able to read the casting number before we got it out. Called our local Federated and they were able to find me one remaned. Actually two under that number, they're bringing both in. Be here tomorrow. All we gotta do is match it up with the old one. Once we got it out I took the top off, it was empty. Chris said not much dripped when he got the lines off either. once we were done with that, I took the top off the dog house and checked to make sure there wasn't a mouse nest in the air cleaner like last fall. Nada. Grin Went to start it, no go. Ok, took the cables off and cleaned the terminals, no go! Then I happened to look down at the shift quadrant.........it was in reverse.................DUH! must've left it in reverse the last time I backed it up in the fall. Put it back in park and it fired right up, phew! Roll Eyes Shocked Shocked Undecided

Dang Lil' an' Leo that's a good crop you got there!!
Finally got mine in my pots, 4 types of maters, 2 types of chilies & a hot an' spicy oregano plant I'll dry. Local lore 'round these parts is when the snow is gone off our local mountain then it's safe to plant yer maters.

The ribs were wonderful tonight and I ate too much, I am glad we only go there once a month. Lots of cold, iced tea and yeast rolls. We had peach cobbler for dessert. I saved some of the rib meat for Victoria, She really enjoyed it.
