Thank you NCOWS Congress & Territorial Representatives for your Confidence.
I will endeavor to do the best job I can and live up to your trust.... as Judge.....
I have been working already ....
I have appointed an Authenticity Committee to support me in any and all questions.

Roger has picked a good group for his committee. I know three of members previously and I met Mr. Holmes at the Convention. It always helps to have a fellow Texan(Tascosa Joe) on the committee. Roger is a good friend as well, as Trap and Books.
