Easy, get a Colt. You'll never be sorry you did.

I totally agree with what Shotgun Franklin said.  For less expensive alternatives any of the Italian clones will fit the bill.  Just google search single action revolvers and you'll get way too much information.  Good luck.   Cool

thanks all. i found many revolvers but could not find much as to what has pin versus TB safety. I should probably just get a Bisley anyway just in case i want to "Linebaugh it"

The Uberti (Taylors, Cimmaron..etc) Pietta ( EMF,Great Western II, Cimarron Frontier), USFA, USFA Rodeo, Rodeo II. All these have firing pins, the Italian guns are great, may need a little smoothing, the USFA are Colt quality (if not better), and the USFA are the same quality without the polished finish. I've been shooting Uberti and Pietta for about eight years with great service. Also had a pair of Rodeo II that I now wish I had back. Good Luck Smiley
