Buck,  It was a 352 w/one 4 barrel and dual exhaust. My granfather had a 64 with a 289 and it never had water pump problems. Thanks for the Cawfee this morning. The temp is 55 at 0700. We're supposed to have rain tomorrow. We're supposed to have a lot of wind today.

Happy Birthday, Miz Lil! Cheesy

TLD, I had a '62 XL with the 352 boat anchor. that kind of Chestnut color with a matching interior. it had exhaust gasket problems, I couldn't get the bolts loose to try and replace it. put stuff on the outside, but it wouldn't last long.....Buck Roll Eyes Undecided

The temp is up to 63. No wind or rain as of yet. I had some corn flakes with bananas and some toast for breakfast. I finished off the pot of beans last. We still have chicken tamale soup left from Sunday night.

Same from here Lil.

Found my sweet corn seed I wanted, the guy at Earl May can get it, he's going to order me some.  I was afraid Country Gentleman had died out, still my favorite, not too sweet like most the modern ones, came on the market in 1890.  A type of shoe peg corn as it's know down south.

I found my proper pole lima bean:

Need to get some pie pumpkins so I can do the "three sisters" works great, corn in a hill, climbing beans climbing the corn and squash or pumpkins in between to choke out the weeds.

That is what we do Del.  Our corn last year was huge.  It's a great tip.

They are planting a garden at Moose's school for the kids to take care of till the end of the school year. Moose is in charge of the planting and watering. It is still windy outside, but the temp is up to 72. I just hope it doesn't freeze again before the end of March.

I've seen Burpee in the stores 'round here, but can't remember which ones right now. Maybe Menards, Walmart, or Fleet Farm.

I ended up fixing a meat loaf with mashed potatoes and a tossed salad for supper tonight. It wasn't too bad. We're supposed to have rain tomorrow with a lot of wind too.
