When I was in England in November I encountered a member of the Historical Breachloading Smallarms Association.

http://www.hbsa-uk.isonlinehere.com/

In trying to find out more on GOOGLE, I encountered this site;

http://www.researchpress.co.uk/index.htm

Not only does it have up-to-date information on matches and such, there are many articles that might be of interest to both the BPCR shooter and those who are a bit more historically minded.  Browse around both of these sites.

Passed on to Sun&Air, who is a Picketts Hill Marshal.  (I am an ornery member there as well!)

I shoot with him at Headley Park. Had a brief chat with him last year about BPCR. Not been since that day due to building works at home but should see him again this season. Get him to email me if he wants a more info.
