Leo, The Pork Chops sound good and I like pork loin too. I've never fixed a pork loin in a crock pot. I need to check my crock pot recipes.

I don't sear 'em. Dice potatoes 'n carrots in the bottom. Stick the chops in on top 'em. Dump the soups in a pot 'n warm 'em 'til they flow tagether then stir in stems 'n pieces. Pour it all over everything then walk away.
Werks well with a roast too.
The rains came. 'Bout two hours after I put the station wagon back in the house from gettin' my dope........

I had two cans a soup sittin out an decided ta go with the no measument recipe. No brownin either. Peppers on the bottom, chops, peppers on the top then cover with brown sugar and cover all that mess with ketchup. Acourse onion is reccomended with the peppers but some folks don't like em so it's dealers choice. I'll put a pot a rice on at 2030 ta go with it.

Del, The smothered pork chops sound good and add some taters, and some of your rye would make a good supper. I have done made myself hungry.

The Cawfee is ready this morning for us early risers. I slept good last night for a change. As my friend Ben Johnson said in "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys", "The worst part of getting old is getting OLD!"

Mornin'.
Been up since 0530.
A few clouds. 38° 'n 70%. Mostly sunny, with a high near 48°. North wind between 8 and 15 mph.
Richmond bird dropped her first. Yestitty just 'fore 1800. In the lower right hand corner we're still waitin'. Heck, we still wonderin' which female, if either, will claim the nest.
Goin' ta the indoor. Battle of the barrels. G34 vs. Marlin Camp 9.

The Glock won. Freakin' carbine's so damned easy at 33' ya tend not ta pay attention affer while. Tossed one.
The Glock Shop:
Thru the arch where the tees er hangin'. The range counter, half of it ennyways, is on the right as is the entrance ta the play room. That's the carbine's muzzle stickin' up in the lower left. My home away from home every Thursday mornin' but the fourth of the month.
G'Luck ta the new family.
