Mornin'.
Partly cloudy. 51° 'n 43%. Partly sunny, with a high near 70°. West wind between 13 and 16 mph. Showers likely, mainly after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 50. Southwest wind between 8 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Seems ta me 'after midnight' is tomorra. Then again, I'd never heard of -0° 'til I read it there. Guess it's causea Norfolk public schools 'n a degree from a community college the city of Norfolk paid for.

I'm up, feeding microscopic creatures in a jar, tryin' to make them phart and belch. Gonna run in a bit and hit the store that has the good rye flour and go see the old hippies and buy a bag of seeds.

Uh, oh
When the old hippe got my plastic bag of seeds rang up he asked if I wanted a small paper bag for it. I said it sounded like a good idea, my luck it'd break and I'd have seeds inthe pick-up and then get pulled over by the cops and they'd wonder about them.
Poor fella about busted a gut, thought his pony tail would fall off.
Found out mornings are the time to go, nothin' but old hippies there, the yuppies are all workin."

It got up to 70 this afternoon. Victoria is enjoying the nice weather outside. We haven't gone out to eat in awhile, so I'm gonna take the Moose out eat tonight. There is a real good BBQ that has fantastic pork ribs.

I forgot, the store I get my rye flour is the elderly folks store, they carry it out and do delivery.
IGA store, been around since 1925, still family owned. I know my local grocery stores and what I can get where.
Gonna stop at another one one the way home for dog food and some Lap Sang Souchong tea. Ain't had any in a while and they have it in tea bags, much handier. I'll put some in the freezer in a zip-lock for the camp gear.

Learned about it readin' Centennial by James Michener, Alexander McKeag the Scottish trapper liked it. Hard to find, but well worth the trouble.

No middle ground on it, you either love it or hate it, little brother tried some one time, said it tasted like I brewed it from a creosote fence post. Maybe, don't know, maybe he brewed a fence post, I never have.

I've had some wanna-be coffee's that sorta tasted like that, Del. We had to settle for some Chase and Sanborn last week.........EEewwwwwww!
We did discover a Maxwellhouse that actually tasted pretty good this week. Breakfast Blend. Regular Max really sucks.....

Mainly fresh ground Colombian Supremo in the Members Mark brand from Sam's, but pick up some other now and then for a change, got some Nicaraguan right now. Straight un-blended beans, different areas have quite a bit of difference in the taste.
Like the East African types the best but they tend to get pricey. My MM was $14.99 for 2 1/2 pounds, the Nicaraguan was $6.99 a pound, passed on the Ethiopian today at $9.99 a pound, my favorite Kenya runs about $14 a pound, might have to treat myself payday if I've been good, maybe the Valentines fairy will get me some. I'm the only one that drinks it here so I can splurge.

Moose belongs to the Gavalia coffee club. We get an order of beans about every 3 months. I like the Columbian and the Costa Rica blends. I've also got a Keurig coffee maker that I use when I only want one cup at a time. The ribs were especially good tonight. We only go once a month.
