The Cawfee is ready for the early risers. No rain is forecast for today. It got up to the low 50s yesterday, with a low of 40. It should be around 50 again for a high. I haven't gotten around to going to the Stock Show in Fort Worth this year, it will be over next weekend. We finished off the chicken pot pie last night. I'm making a pot of Bro. Sleep's Taco Soup for tonight.

Interesting temps here this morning.  The airport (4400) is 36, but up here in the northwest side(5200) we’re at 46,
Beautiful sunrise to go with it.

Had a chicken, rice, and vegi casserole topped with cheese for supper last night (looked a lot like Leo Ham stuff.

RIP for the Officer, 10-42. The rain sneaked in for a bit this morning. The sun came back out, but it is still cool and damp. I've got a pot of Sleep's Taco Soup in the Crock Pot simmering for supper tonight. I've got some good smells coming from the kitchen.

Mornin'.

My prayers for Tony's family, friends and compatriots.

Mostly cloudy, 66° 'n 84%. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 3pm, then scattered showers. Temperature rising to near 68° by noon, then falling to around 58° during the remainder of the day. Breezy, with a west wind between 21 and 23 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Sure was pretty it Waverly yestitty. O'erdressed. Strange ta be lookin' fer shade in January these parts.

Shoot t'was a hoot. Only one shooter clean all day. Modesty ferbids me from sayin' who. Won't say who botched up three reloads o'er the six stages either. Scorin' was tight too. One position decided by 1/100th of a second. Four positions by 8.59 seconds total.

T'was pleased ta see 'nother pard converted ta Glocks fer when his ass may depend on what's in 'is holster.

Thanks for the Cawfee this morning. It's 52 outside and we're still under a flood warning till tomorrow. The Taco soup turned out good. Moose and I had two bowls each. The recipe made a full crock, so we still have a bunch left. It's cloudy outside, but no more rain.
