It's gotta near 70 outside, but a lot of wind.  The Ravens are trying to keep up with the Pats. Pats by 6 now. It feels like early summer outside. Victoria is enjoying weather outside. Arcey, I had the same probelm with the weight of the full size P-series pistols when I was plainclothers. I carried a 669 Smith for a while, then I went over to the dark side and bought a Model 23 Glock.

Morning y'all.
Thanks fer the coffee, Buck.

'Tis 28 and snowing. "Fog and freezing drizzle or freezing rain early. The fog could be dense and reduce visibilities to less than 1/4 mile at times early. Rain becoming mixed with and changing to snow during the middle to late morning. Snow diminishing to scattered snow showers during the afternoon. An inch or two inches of accumulation possible. Blustery. Nearly steady temperatures in the lower 30s. Wind becoming west at 15 to 25 mph."

Thanks for the Caawfee this morning. We're dogsiitting our god dog for the week. It's 50 and coudy right now, with rain forcast for Tues. and Wed. It feels like an oatmeal morning. I hope you folks with snow are alble to deal with it and I hope Arcey gets over the flu bug. We're gonna have a Super Bowl rematch, with the Pats and Giants. I'll be pulling for the Giants. I think that Eli has made a name for himself and doesn't have to be in the shadow of his older brother. Major, That's a great looking Lab. From "The Fence Post" a newspaper for rural Nebraska:

The old rancher went to the local barber and asked for a shave.  ""My face is so wrinkled form all those years in the sun and wind I can't get a good one myself and I need to look good for my Granddaughters wedding."

The barber reached into a cup and got a small wooden ball and told the old rancher to put it in his mouth and push his cheeks out with it using his tongue.  The barber then gave him a shave that got all the whiskers.  The rancher handed back the ball and said, "that's a nice shave, but what would you have done if I would have accidently swallowed it?"

The barber then said, "I would have asked you to bring it back in a day or so like everyone else does." Grin

Unless Rita has a better idea I have sourdough whole wheat to bake when I get home, thinking some of that leftover ham and some sharp Cheddar will be about right.

it all seems to have quit here.
So far as the casserole goes I got plenny to heat up on the early mornings to send Lil off ta work.  She don't like sausage so the ham was a good sub in.

Good Morning Folks! The Cawfee is ready, It's strong and hot. I  just put a spoon in it and the spoon stood up and I can't see the bottom of the cup. It's still dark outside and the rain hasn't started yet. I've the ingredients at home for Bro. Sleep's Taco Soup. If I don't fix it today, I'll fix it tomorrow. I'm still trying to wake up and think about breakfast. The strong is a good start on waking up.
