   I am new to this game, and I don't reload yet. so I have to buy my ammo at the going rate. I would like to know if anybody has found ammo on the internet for less then, $74.00 for 1000 rounds of 45 lc 185 gr. w/shipping

That's a pretty dang good price for 45 LC.  When you start reloading, you'll get that down under $50 per 1000.

Buy it, and buy it now at that price. Later, if you get into reloading you can reduce the cost of your ammo a lot.
