The last scheduled Cowboy match in Calgary was the 24th of September, unfortunately they shut down early this year. I've heard that they are also in danger of loosing their range and may have to move out of the city limits in the future. Cry Cry

Ah, Calgary .... place of my birth ....

My wife and I were in Alberta for a week last summer, taking in all the historic sites enroute and back, but avoiding Calgary like the plague.

I expect the suburbs to be within walking distance of the Rockies ere long.

Just got word about two hours ago that the cowboy shoot in Rocky scheduled for Saturday Nov the 5th has been cancelled due to snow and cold temperatures.  So, I guess that's it until spring. Cry

On the positive side, while I wouldn't want to live in Calgary again, there are no shortage of good gun stores there.
