Thanks fer the coffee, Buck.

Applied thrush treatment to a hoof this morn.

'Tis 35 and raining. "Rain this morning...diminishing to occasional light rain this afternoon. Nearly steady temperatures in the upper 30s. Northeast wind 10 to 15 mph."

Was dang busy at work yesterday, went to WD at 10, was there all day, we got a guy short.

Got the local news on, Army Corps on Engineers says they gonna look over the Missouri river management and gonna get more water out of the lakes to prevent flooding in the future.  In other words they are going back to preventing flooding over making places to fish and boat.  They just got the last roads open that were flooded in June.  Still lots of work today, caused millions of dollars damage just to the roads.

That sounds like a good soup.  Last won ton I had didn't have all the extra stuff.

Big brown truck came taday with the pressure canner on board.  Some assembly is required but it is a nice heavy duty one.  Predicting fun times in the kitchen ahead with the thing.

Raviolis tanight and no concerns of an early mornin so no rush on puttin it tagether.

A bootyful 'n hopeful G'Mornin', y'all.

Fog, 44° 'n 100%.  Widespread dense fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 68°. West wind 5 to 9 mph becoming east.

Turnout weren't much here. We did manage ta dump the trash tho. Got rid of a hand picked, council appointed incumbent  yes-sir man fer the 'forward thinkin' visionary' of a Mayor. Join right in ta borrow money fer some project we don't need er want then raise our taxes ta pay the debt service – but he's 'forgotten' to pay his taxes a time er two.

A 'person of color', so this mornin' those of us who voted to dump 'im are bein' tagged as bigots, racists 'n opposed ta diversity.  T'was a three way race. 'Course we didn't vote in the other white guy whut was runnin' either - they ain't got an answer fer that. Typical liberal/socialist sore losers.

Man, the developers 'n the moochers are pissed this mornin'. They done spent good money ta buy that council.

Morning y'all.
Thanks fer the coffee, Buck.

The rain turned into snow this morn. 'Tis 30 and wet snow. "Rain changing to snow early...then snow continuing before diminishing in the late afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times. 5 to 8 inches of accumulation expected...with a little less to the northwest of Wausau. Nearly steady temperatures around 33. North wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to around 30 mph." Weather-liars said no accumulation south of Wausau.  Roll Eyes

Coffee break. Grin  My local talk show dude stepped in it this morning, he's calling for Nebraska not to go to Penn State this weekend if the coach is still there.  Let's say there was some nasty calls and E-Mails, of course the reason is money over principal. Roll Eyes

Sounds like a hot spot Leo, Rowdy had some a couple years ago and I got some stuff for that at the grocery store that cured it right up, cost me like $6.

Coffee time again. Grin

I'll look for it. Let me know if you remember the brand that worked, she's too young ta have a bald spot.

Not looking good for the ex father in law, they moved him to a home and gave him a year or so.  I'll be going up to visit soon.  Thanks for all the prayers, you're a good bunch here.

Don't like them homes, Leo. My Mom put herself in and didn't last but 5 months Undecided

Does sound like a hot spot. I've got a spray here on my desk, believe I got it at Wally's. Label says PRO-PET itch Relief, Hydro Cortisone Spray. Pump type white bottle, blue and green label with a Golden retriever pictured on it. My long hair doxy has lots of problems this time of year, hot spots and she must be really tasty, too. Fleas seem to just love her. Plus she seems to be alergic to their bites and the topical flea stuff. makes for a real messy skin problem for her, so I use the spray to help with the biting at the spots. Just went through a bout with her during october, didn't get the yard sprayed this summer. I usually spray the yard twice a growing season to keep the little sucker knocked down. We have stray cats, skunks, and raccoons that cut through the side of the lot that the dogs use for potty, and I guess they leave passengers off on their way through........Buck Roll Eyes Shocked Undecided

Thanks Buck, Lil is going to check at the K Mart this evening (late shift).  Lucky we don't have fleas but we do have deer ticks and the collar seems to do the job on them.  Haven't had to pick on off since we got the right one.
