For folks who are travelling here for the SW Regional this week:  you will be here during the opening weekend of the State Fair of Texas.

Texas is 175 years old this year, so the Fair is having a big historic exhibit with relics from the Battle of the Alamo and other items from our battle for independence and our Republic era.  One of Crockett's pistols will be on display!

The State Fair is in South Dallas which is about 60 miles from our range.  In addition to the exhibits, our Fair is known for it's fantastic food.

P.S.:  Our weather looks like it will be great this weekend.  60's at night and 80's in the day  . . . and dry of course (like it has been for the last 6 months.)

The Audie Murphy Museum in Greenville is offering discounts to view the museum to SW Regional participants.
