Balister molina Qualified for WB matches

Just curioous as to the acceptance of the Argentine molina in 45 acp 1911 is accepted for WB matches ? t ;D

No, I already ran this past Pecos Clyde. Mostly due to lack of a grip safety.

  Big T,

                No the Ballester Molina is not a legal SASS WBAS pistol.  Although a similar design, some parts interchange with a colt 1911 and some do not.  Additionally the Ballester Molina does not have a grip safety.

               The Argentine pistol that is legal for WB is the     Pistola Colt Sistema Modelo 1927.  A google search for the Ballester Molina revealed more differences between the 1911 and the BM at:
