on a sad note, the CAS outfits here lost a nice lady shooter last night. Ruthless McDraw, AKA Kathy Westfall, lost her all too short battle with brain cancer at 11:30 yesterday evening. She's the wife of D.J. McDraw, AKA Dan Westfall, Territorial Governor for the Tusco Long Riders and several other Mid-Ohio clubs.  Cry Sad

Ain't thinkin' 'fresh' quite fits. Hopin' Archie Bunker don't either but I ain't sure.

Prolly have ta have it trimmed up inna couple weeks. She asked how I wanted it 'n I told 'er business. I was watchin' the mirror but it was too late once I realized she was doin' it in a fifties duck tail. She tried ta fix it but it didn't werk. Wonder what kinda business she thought I was in. What I get for goin' ta the fat lady's hair dresser.................

I let my hair and beard grow for over a year. I was accepted into the COPS program last year, so I got my hair and beard cut off. The hair went to the oil spill in the Gulf. It got up to 105 today and still waiting on the rain.

Haven't cut my hair in years other than an occasional trim to keep it even, The beard gets trimmed once in a while (Usually when I tear out a couple mustache hairs when I bite into a sandwich) Shocked Shocked I know it's time for a trim.

Thanks for the Cawfee this morning. Miz Letty, That fire is about an hour west of us. It is really bad, as far is I know it is still out of  control. As of last night, at 25 homes have been destroyed and 8,000 acres of land burned.

Mornin All.  Got a late pot on.

Lil is at the doc's gettin her gall bladder inspected with some kinda nuclear science.  2 hours layin in a machine, won't blame her if she comes home in a foul mood.  Maybe now they can solve the problem once an fer all an she can go back ta eatin what she wants.

No breakfast this mornin cause she had ta fast but I will have a good lunch awaitin.

A bad gizzard does make a person a bit grumpy...sister had her's out last Friday... still movin' around slow but relieved the pesty thing is gone. TLD that fire looked a little close to 'ya when I saw the news...had 'ta check with 'ya. News also said the "swamp fire" is nearly out over Arcey's way thnaks 'ta Irene.

Me 'n Bob sittin' 'n solvin' the werld's problem. L'il ole boy inna BSA uniform pullin' a wagon with a cooler on it, dad's with 'im, starts up the drive. Damn.... Stand ta be proper, ain't got my o'ershirt on 'n there hangs the baby. Dad said don't werry. Asked if it was a 19 'n said that's what 'e carried when 'e carried. L'il boy, Ethan, 6, was sellin' popcorn for the scouts. Cooler was fulla ice cold bottled water 'n ya got one whether ya bought from 'im er not. Bob just donated. Went 'n asked the fat lady what she wanted. Had 'is order thing with me. She comes out 'n buys a box of diet microwave stuff. She bought, cost me $15.00. Kid was my oldest grand boy's age. Wearin' that uniform sa proud................ I know, I'm a sap.....

It was great seein' the grand's last weekend. Ethan reminded me ah that. Middle boy, Noah, will be 6 the 3rd of October. Got a pic of 'im 'is first sparrin' session in karate. He's wearin' a blue belt with a white stripe on it, whatever that means. He'd kicked the other kid in the crotch. Takes after 'is grand daddy.

G'luck with the Texas fire. The swamp thing is still gettin' some folks but it's much better. The welcome sign ain't out for Katia. Don't need it out that bad.
