The English fella'd prolly like fish 'n chips. Put it on newsprint 'n find a l'il malt vinegar. Jamie Oliver did one in ICA made me wanna crawl inta the monitor. The mess Bobby Flay did on Throwdown didn't look half bad neither.

Now I'm gettin' hungry. Got a roast goin' in the l'il red one but it's hours away.

If I could get POA ta match POI with fixed sights 'n a decent load I'd be a happy man. Don't look as if it's in the tea leaves. Aim a l'il high......................

I had a part-time job in retail clothing sales about 30 years ago. My cop job wasn't paying enough to cover the house payment and my truck payment. I worked 40hrs at that job and worked nights as a cop. I did it for almost 2 years, until I got the truck got paid off. I was about 33 at the time and I could handle both jobs. I would not want to do that again. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

I’m a bit late in getting this up, but thought someone might be interested.

This was in the Beatrice Paper last week.

http://www.beatricedailysun.com/news/local/article_f93a32a2-c234-11e0-939e-001cc4c002e0.html#ixzz1UaCCVzJ3

Dave and Liz are good friends of mine and I’ll be doing a lot of the cooking.

Del, That sounds like a lot of fun. My Great Grandad Reed had a livery stable, blacksmith shop, and wagon yard in Texhoma, Okla. in the 1890's.  I'm still saving up for some new tires for the GMC, I hope to make RCS and that shindig in Summerfield next year.

Del,  I remember them from RCS.  We only got w2 choices for fish and chips,  either Captain D's or LJS. I like LJS a little better. I put the malt vinegar on my fries as well as the fish.

Want the stuff on my fish 'n chips.

Roast turnt out nice. Between she 'n me there ain't much left of it but neither of us could finish it. Damned if I didn't enjoy preppin' the vegetables 'n gettin' stuff in the pot just the way I wanted it. It's been too long.

I rode 'er out ta Pungo this mornin'. Showed 'er the monster house (buildin'), the museum 'n we hit a farm stand for a few things. When we got back here that roast smelled sooooooooooooooooooooooooo good.

Nothin' better than a bag ' fish n' chips with plenty o' malt vinegar...
Had chili rellanos made the 'ol mex way..fresh roasted chilis stuffed wth pepper jack cheese and breaded. Fried a mite with an egg white wash. Covered in a tomato and carmelized onion sauce. Not too spicy for a delicate palate.. Refried beans on the side...the best Grin
