Can anyone help, I am looking for some 50 Cal Rim Fire cartridge labels so that I can make up some boxes for my Rolling Block Rifle.

Check the Spencer forum, there are some threads on boxes and labels.Sgt.John Chapman does some very good work ,he's the man who may be able to help you out.Use the search feature and type in "labels",several threads.
