Mornin' folks, Keep that how Cawfee coming, I need a pick me up this morning. The pepper poppers I fixed last night were a big hit. I stuffed them with cream cheese and crab and wrapped a piece of bacon around the outside of the pepper. I grilled them for about 25 minutes on medium heat. They were delicious. Another 100 degree day forcast today.

Mornin'.
Best be said of the weather is it's outside 'n one day closer ta fall.
Duh beach pulled the plug on both shows yesterevenin'. Folks walkin' 'round in a thunderstorm ain't a good thing. Adults I don't care much about, they can make their own decisions. The kids with the adults is a different thing.
Norfolk decided ta start while it was still light out. Set the fuses to go off low. Quit when the worst of the weather got there. Sounds like a complete Norfolk cluster.
Tex, ya done yerownself proud. Betcha thems were good.

I mixed in some scallions and fresh corn with the cream cheese and crab. They were delicious. We had some left over, so I wrapped them up and put them in the freezer for later. They go real good with a cold Bud Light. We fixed to cole slaw and I grilled a couple of ears of corn to go with the poppers. I gonna do the dogs tonight with Baked beans and potato salad. I'm gonna warm up about 3 of those poppers to go with the dogs and sides.

Late gettin' in.
84, sun. Found a pump at the yard over the hill from me, $52+ out the door. Probably be Sunday afore we can try to get it in. Looked closer at the back end of the truck. The shackle is what's busted, checked with the spring shop, $125 plus tax

Del, Keep us posted on the weather for tonight. We could use some rain down this way. I got the yards mowed early before it got too hot. Supper is ready to start. I've got enough chili to have a chili dog in honor of Arcey and Leo. I've got the leftover poppers thawing out as well.

Aww and I was doing so good with my dieting til I heard about them poppers! We've had beautiful monsoon weather rolling in and out all day. Great help for the forests, they needed it. Hope your weather get better LT.
Also I've been hangin at the local smoke shop, great group of people. Don't feel "old" anymore
we have my group plus four more vets hangin out there. My Marine buddy is on the mend, just had one bad spell. made our own pipe tobacco from saspirilla and honey, boy it's going to be a great seller.
Going to have to borrow that recipe this weekend Tex with my friends in Havasu. Bet it'll go great with mudslides too

I got out early this morning to do errands. I went by my favorite diner for breakfast. I had blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and crisp hashbrowns with lots O Cawfee. I'm so full that I won't eat anything for lunch. I only do that every couple of months or so. It's supposed to be 103 today. Victoria and I are enjoying the A/C.

Hey All. Got to sleep in taday an ma bride has the day off. Said she had a present fer me an the last thing I expected was a new camera. Guess it's been on lay away fer months. Said she done it just cause she loves me an I know that is true cause we don't have much fer extras round here. Gonna read the distructions an get it set up.

Congrats on the new camera Leo. I ate a chili dog last night in your honor. I've still got about 6 of the poppers in the freezer. I'm fixing some chili and cheese nachos for supper and some of the poppers on the side. Moose brought in a big jug of Sangria last night, so we're having that or ssome Bud Lights.
