joec,i hope this solves your problems and look forward to shooting with you.its very hard sometimes to figure out what is causeing the the problems without a hands on look at the gun.the people on this forum i have found to be helpful but words on a screen can only give you a path that may lead you to where you want to be.most of the people that post here want to do the work themselves so that is the advice they offer.good luck and i hope all turs out well for you.jeff

It will Jeff. Uberti acknowledge the problem was one of factory clearances being too tight. They have repaired it and it is on the way back. I should have it by next week. They found the problem also happened with other ammo that I had not shot though the gun as of yet, some faster than others.
