Del, It's been Cloudy, Humid, and Muggy all day. No wind either. Perfect Twister weather. We got out early this morning with Victoria for her run at the park. I kept her well hydrated all morning. It was tough breathing for me with all the humidity. We're gonna try and cook out on the grill tonight.

I knew that my Minor in Meoterlogy would be worth something someday. We're under a tornado watch till about 830 tonight. It's thundering and the rain is coming. Hopefully the high winds and hail will miss. I am glad I don't have a field of wheat waiting to be cut.

Thanks for the Cawfee this morning. I've got a second pot ready to put on.  That tornado that hit Joplin last night, also hit a hospital. The pictures look like it was hit by a bomb or missle attack. I hope the death toll doesn't get any higher.  We had stuff all  around us last night.  We got a bunch of wind, rain, and hail.

Mornin' y',all,
Thanks for the cawfee WM and TLD. News in from Joplin and surrounding areas does look horrifyin'. Prayers up for those folks who suffered and for those folks still on the watch for more to come. Was said this isn't over yet...
So you visited the Cabela's in Scarbough WM? I had a friend who worked there until recently, she found another job in NH.
No doubt the weather there is frigid from what you are used to in AZ. We'l have 67 for a high and it's 46 right now.

Good to hear from OT this morning. We've got another hot, humid and windless day for today.  More bad weather for tonight. Prayers for the folks affected by the recent twisters.

Up to 89 dead now, expecting more.

I've said this before and ain't afraid to say it again.  When it rains on my picnic and it wasn't 'spossed to, I'm one to bitch and call them weather guessers.

On the other hand, we all know it ain't an exact science and on nights last night we can count the dead, but we can't count the ones these folks saved with the warnings.

The SOB came in rain wrapped, not a lot of video of the storm.  Saw some chasers last night, were following the storm on radar, got to the damage area and was shocked how bad it was.

We had a strong front come through about 10:45 am this morning. Heavy rain and pea to marble size hail. The storm lasted about 40 minutes. Victoria slept through it. The storms don't seem to bother her much. She was an outdoor dog before we got her from the shelter. We made it through the storm okay. I got a feeling that we will have more stuff come through this afternoon.

They wrote a song for that idiot O'Bummer.  If I hear it one more time I will shoot without ear protection just so I can have hearing loss.  I've had the ringing bafore so I think it will be better.  Pog mo Erin thoin.

Letty, I think I will past post on the bet.  Only bet I placed so far is fer a Human ta show.

Pshaww!!  I may just have to rescind, revoke, dis-claim my Irish ancestry..  What a Maroon!!!  If he goes around claiming much more, I may just flat disappear.

Prayers, and my heart aches for the folks who are getting beat up by O'l Mom Nature.  They say wishing things to pass quickly is wishing your life away, but I'd gladly give up a few days, weeks, or months if it would keep such stuff from happening.

As to the weather, y'all better keep watchin' out; there is another trough and a couple of low pressure systems working their way through here right now, and they'll be heading for the Plains and Mid-West in a day or so.  Most notable thing about them is the temperature change that follows them: drops of up to twenty degrees in less than a days time in some areas; that is weather generator material for sure.
