I know tornadoes are dangerous, the ones last week were nasty, but out here in this open country you can see them coming most times and often the move very slow so someone who knows them can get quite close.  I was doing some looking around tonight and found this one, was about the only one that season and it was the end of the season, heard most every chaser in the country headed there, about 60 miles west of us, was the only place that had weather that day to interest them.  Some of the video following it the gravel goads are almost crowded.

This guys might have got a bit close, but they got away with it OK.  "It's time to roll up the window", sorry that cracks me up every time I watch it. Roll Eyes

Thanks for the Cawfee. I am ready for the second pot O Cawfee. It rained all day yesterday and into the early evening. The ground is soaked. We are still behind on our yearly rainfall.  The Farmer's Almanac is calling for less moisture and hotter temps for the summer.

Thought the day was gonna be all used up with jury duty but the website says they don't want me taday. Sad.

Could get a tad warm taday. If the guessers got it right it'll go back ta Arcey weather tommorah. The shoot weather fer Saturday looks real nice. Might be needin' some .38s so I got some gun stuff ta do.

Was all ready. Dress shirt 'n tie, slacks, jacket laid out. Hair down ta my shoulders 'n ain't shaved since Friday.............

What hurts is gettin' the station wagon inspected on time. I usually wait 'til it's expired then do it. Ya get an extra month that way for just a l'il gamble. But I didn't wanna park it in a city lot with sumthin' expired on it.

Do have my '12 Virginia plate decals in the glove box. Be playin' that game again this year come July........

Terry at work got called in for the pool selection, took his Buffalo Bill goatee put on a nice 1890's suit, hair to his shoulders, figured they'd pass him by, nope but he got stuck on a lawsuit over someone gettin; hit by a golf ball. Roll Eyes

If I get on a jury I want to help put some scum bag away where the sun doesn't shine, not listen to a couple a golfers bicker about chasin' balls around a pasture, been my choice I'd locked both of them up for 30 days.

Norfolk sent a me a questionnaire when we still lived there, back in K-9 times. Filled it out 'n sent it in. Never heard from 'em again.

'Round the same time they kept the fat lady, when she weren't fat, bein' married to me 'n workin' in the city attorney's office. They kept my father too. Both for civil court. Think the old man, may he be restin' well, had a good time.

Damn. That's been a long time ago. We left in '80...........

Mornin, thanks fer the Cawfee.

Only had ta go once.  It was a fender bender teenager versus some old lady with a neck brace.  They asked me if I ever had a similar sperience an it just so happens me an Lil had just been hit an it screwed her back up.  Teen's lawyer tolt me good bye.

Pizza sammiches turned out right nice.  Had two rolls so we made four differnt kinds.
