Nothing I can do. I only have access to upload files to the server. Someone with the account information will have to address this issue.

All,
We're working on it.  The problem started when we moved the domains to the new NCOWS account.  Apparently, nothing else moved.  So we have to reset the IP address on the new account.  However, I have to contact the old owner of the account and get the IP address number.  Have left several phone messages and sent emails.  Hope to have everything back to normal before the week-end is over.  Will keep you posted.

Everyone, myself included, expect things like this to be instantly accomplished with just a couple of mouse clicks. As it turns out all of the files had to be manually migrated to the new account. They said this is a security feature 

If you need to access the site right now it is available at NCOWS.COM

The normal NCOWS.ORG address will be active again in 24 - 48 hours, it can take that long for it to 'detach' from the old hosting account.

Ain't technology grand 

PS: If anyone needs a way to pass some time you can browse around NCOWS.COM
and report here if anything is missing. I think I got everything migrated but there's always a chance something didn't make the trip.

For all practical purposes NCOWS.ORG is back online. Well, actually it's just an illusion made possible with cyber-duct tape but the remaining work can be done without any interruptions in service.
