Afraid I did also. I don't think I have Crossfire trail though. Notice it didn't get the highest rating.

Crossfire Trail is my favorite Tom Selleck movie.  I love the character and the guns he chooses to use.  One of these days I'm gonna get me an 1876 Carbine in .45-60!

At the NCOWS convention in Kansas City this past month, the NRA museum curator brought 5 of the guns that Tom Selleck donated.  One was in fact the 1876 Carbine he used in Crossfire Trail.  I had my picture taken holding that beautiful gun.

Not westerns but I really like Selleck in the made-for-TV Jesse Stone movies.

I agree.  My wife and I looked forward to those.  Hopefully, he will make more.

Howdy Don,
Those are great pictures. Your lookin' good with that 1876!
You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself

Over the weekend, saw "Last Stand at Saber River" on DVD. It contained one of those "Make my Day" moments, when The Carradine Brothers ,with 3-4 other toughs, ride up on a by himself Tom Selleck with gun drawn. After a few harsh words, David Carradine say, "Are you going to drop ALL of us ?" to which Selleck replies, "You first, then him. Do you really care what happens after that?"

Don,

Officially, and for the record, I hate you.   ;D  Thanks for sharing and making me feel lust in my heart.
