Who Is That Lovely Cowgirl?

In the current issue of American Rifleman magazine there is an article covering the NRA Annual Meeting and Exibition held in Houston Texas this past April.  On page 73 there is a picture of a beautiful lady CAS shooter.  The picture caption merely refers to her as "A cowboy action shooting enthusiast".

Who is that gal?   ???

DBC, Zeb asked that question over in The Saloon on TOB. They didn't come up with a definative answer there, either..........Buck 8) ::) ;)

I think it's Penny Richardson, Aka: Dirtwater Dutchess, She is a Cowboy Mounted Shooter.  Check out the article in the Shoot Magazine's 2004 EOT Edition, page 11.
