Got a blizzard going on here.  rained most of the day, turned to sleet about 1:00 & by 2:30 it was snowing hard with some impressive thunder & lightning.  Got home about 4:00 through blowing snow & about 200 ft visibility, had almost a foot on the ground by then.  It's still snowing & blowing but can't see out of any of the windows, so don't know how much is piled up.

Stu, I hate to hear that four letter word, SNOW. I thought winter was offically over. I will be up there in a couple of months for the Rock Creek Station Days. I hope the weather cooperates and we have great weather for that weekend.

Still Snowing  & wind's 40 - 50 mph.  Got a drift across the sidewalk about 4 ft, another up to the top of the cab of one of the pick-ups, and one out back that I'm guessing at between 7 & 8 ft by comparing it to the trees next to it.  Now that its spring, we're getting a real winter storm.  CAn't get the front door open, snows to deep, so I had to put the dogs out the back door.  They didn't stay our long Grin

Take the dollar, they usually lose all but two to birds of prey.  The hawks don't mess with the geese though, they is mean.

Radio says the snow is within 20 miles of me now.  They say no accumulation but I've been snowed in on these spring storms when they've said that.

They moved to town here so the coyotes don't get them. Grin
