22 mag cylinder in old single six
« on: March 01, 2011, 10:37:53 PM »
I have done some looking and cannot find any definite answers. Can I use a 22 magnum cylinder in my '57 lightweight single six? It did not originally come with one. Thank you very much for any help.

Kyle

No, .22 mag didn't come along till 59 and intentionally has a larger bore than your revlover which has the standard smaller .22 LR bore.
