Cold as all get out but dry. Made eggles this mornin...fried egg, fried bagel an melted cheese.
Hearts all a flutter bout the Oscars tanight. Can barely contain maself fer all the excitement. Good thing there was no real news on this mornin, I don't know what they would have done.
Gotta go see the doc this afternoon, mole went rouge an ma face. Thanks Dad but I was askin if I could borrow yer jeans, not yer genes.

We slept in this morning. Clothes washing is top priorty this morning. Maybe a late breakfast after the washing is done. It looks like another warm, sunny day for us.

Church, then laundry for us, too. currently 45, dark( of course). Flash flood watch out for tonight into tomorrow due to melt and rain coming in tonight. They're saying we might even get thunder

Tried Leo's pulled pork receipe with 1/2 can of ginger ale in the crock. That lady on the video was "full of salt" about the cook time. Our pot wuz on high the whole day.
Used some pork ribs after 8 hrs (would'a been sooner but helpin' family move), fell off the bones. Added some chipotle bbq sauce & warmed thru on high heat for 30 min. Southern style was the slaw in the sammich...dang good eatin'
Snow is meltin' off fast durin' the day, high mid 40's but still gonna be in the teens over nite. Share Bucks' worry on the floodin', we got about 2' within a week. We'll get the rain next week.

Glad ya liked it. I do kick it ta low fer the last hour with the sauce but I don't know why. So long as it came out good. Hope the movin went well. I have an issue with large pieces a furniture wantin ta go up stairs.

We weren't home the whole day, but will try that low settin' on the last hour next time...
Big furniture went out yesterday, Wuz the cleaning crew today..just had to dodge the icicles beanin' ya in the head on the way to the dumpster. Same for lookin' down on them shady spots fer the slippery slope stairs. Glad its' over...
Younger sister called on my way home from that camp missin' her 'ol Queensland female 16yrs old. Cain't see too good nowadays & slipped out the gerage. Within a couple blocks I wuz traipsin' in the snow lookin' too. My sis spotted her down in a creek 'bout 200 yrs down. All wuz well, brought her back up wet but OK. I made it down 'bout 1/2 way seein' she was fetched. Huffed 'n puffed my way up hill & on to make my sammiches...

Eight in the mornin’ ‘n it’s 60° already. The guessers er sayin’ ‘near’ 81°. That’s a touch strange. Record high was 79° back in ’48. Afore Al Gore discovered global warmin’. Hell, was afore he invented the internet too, I suppose. Ah course Gore reminds me ah hot air ‘n that reminds me the wind’s pickin’ up. No matter. Nice ‘n o’ercast. Kindah like gloomy. Oh well.
Gotta hit Sam’s, the post office, the bank ‘n I need ta stop somewhere for a dress shirt. Might time Sam’s ta the last stop. Snatch up a foot long dog, bag ah chips ‘n a Coke fer lunch by the lake.

If any of ya is inclined, could ya say a prayer for my Marine. His best friend on base killed himself recently and Steve isn't handling it well. Any words you can think of for him would do fine.
