To slick up a Norinco 97
« on: January 28, 2011, 06:59:32 AM »
Howdy.

I just picked up a Norinco 97 and I'm quite new to this gun.
Does anyone have some tips on how to slick up this gun to make the mechanism go easier? It's quite rough as it is now.

Best regards,
Sherod Hunter.

Here's a link to Wild Bodie Tom who has replacement spring and follower kits that will allow loading 6 in Win 97 Takedowns and Chinese 97's without any other alterations. Doesn't 'slick up the action', but does get you 6 in the tube.
