Was just perusing throught the CAS Faqs page and saw some names of our passed and dearly missed pards.  Here is a cold one raised to Coop, Boston John, and Tensleep.  We miss you pards.

My glass is raised. Modoc, I know you have been around longer than me, so you probably also remember Suzi Silknickers too. I don't recall if it was this board or the wire, but there was Gunny Sackett that made me laugh at the screen. There are a lot of pards we have lost and it makes me miss them too.
I never met Tensleep or BJD, but I did get to meet Coop once and bought a book from him in Norco. He and Forty Rod had a booth at an annual. I got it autographed just like the one I have from Forty Rod.

Just thinking or reminiscing Modoc, I met you and your wife at the very first annual I ever shot. That was out on Van Vleck ranch and as you will recall I had a different alias. I like to think back about friends.

I was very lucky to actually meet three of the four in person and count them as friends, my glass is raised to all of them and lets not forget that Cajun either...

Another Classic who has gone was Zeb.  Loved to chat with him even though we never got to meed face to face.

Howdy Doody, I thought that we met at San Luis, when we shared the posse with Papa Bear and Walks Under Buffalo.  Either way, it has been a few years and still they are great memories.  We are hoping to get down into the southern portion of the state one of these days.  Little Kurt N. Kleimer is not so little now and prefers to go by Just William

This has been a good thread, along with listening to Marshal Holloway's pod cast with Tensleep.  All I can hope is that one day, I will be missed as much by as great a group of people.

Here I raise another 3 fingers glass of Makers Mark to our Absent Friends.
