There are two 1873 Uberti rifles at Kittery Training Post in Maine. One in 45LC and one in 44-40. Both around $800.

Such a deal!

Hi,

I used to be stationed at Pease AFB and would go drool at guns I used to own an old .45/.410 Thompson Contender that I bought there ... and would go droll at the Ruger #1s that they had there regularly (that is, drool at the guns regularly ... *S*).

TTFN,
My moniker is my great grandfather's name. He served with the 2nd Florida Mounted Regiment in the Civil War. Afterward, he came home, packed his wife into a wagon, and was one of the first NorteAmericanos on the Frio River southwest of San Antonio ..... Kinda where present day Dilley is ...

NICE...Good Luck with it!

This internet shopping can get expensive.......While sitting here in bed with my lap-top actually on my lap, I just bought a Winchester 1892 Take Down in my all time favorite cartridge, 38-40......Now I need to drive up to NH and get it!
