Interpreting Forty Rod

And so, Forty Rod went on a posting spree last night, taking out his elipses and scattering them hither and yon. Just what do those three dots mean? Is it a mystery for the ages?

Here's my interpretation of them:

"..." means "I am still interested in this subject but don't have anything to add at the moment. In hopes that someone else will continue this subject, I am sending it back to the top so more people will see it."

Anyone else have an interpretation for them?

AnnieLee, gonna start calling Forty Fonzai Forty Dotdotdot. :D

Thank you for your interpretation Annie Lee.  I was wondering about them little dots myself and was hoping they were a postive gesture.  ???
