Just in from the fair. Concert went pretty good, but the county fair ain't what it used to be many moons ago. did get to see some people I haven't seen for quite awhile, and sample some fair food. At least I didn't over do it Roll Eyes
got a church gig tomorrow morning, and then another fair concert in the afternoon. Hope my lip holds up Roll Eyes

It was quite chilly here today, and is only 60 right now, looking at upper 40's overnight, then 70's for tomorrow........Buck Wink

Thanks for the Cawfee this morning. I stayed up last night to watch our TCU Horned Frogs play Oregon State at the new Cowboy stadium. They had about 47,000 folks in attendance.  The Frogs won.

Glad Earl decided to pass you by, lR.

the two fair concerts had a total of 38 songs, and my lip is feeling every dang one of them Shocked
Was feeling pretty beat up earlier, but it's sorta subsiding now. the church section went fairly well, at least my lip didn't feel quite so put upon. At least it decided to cooperate after the little practice section before the service. Got acclimated to the C's that way, same fingerings, but that half step higher can be somewhat tricky if you're not paying attention..........Buck Roll Eyes Tongue

Mornin' pards. Thanks for the coffee, Slim.

Pukey weather. Fog all the way to Monterey and back. Later, Marina, Seaside and Salinas. So much for a light holiday week.

Hope you all had a great Labor Day. We had a good one here.

No video, yet, Will. Not sure i'm ready for that yet Roll Eyes

It's actually 90 here! Sun's out, but no real humidity to make it feel really bad. I mowed, trimmed, and fertilized, and put down the final app. of weed killer. Some trees are starting to turn, and some are dropping leaves already. Sign of an early winter?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?..........Buck Roll Eyes Shocked

I just found out that a good friend of mine got killed today in Arkansas. He and his son were flying a Cessna 210 and neither survived. His wife and other son could use some prayers right now.
