Nice collection of working knives.

I wonder who made the two at the top with the "keyhole" bolsters, I really like that style.

You'll see that pattern and similar ones in regular cutlery and forks of the era.

Most Civil War-era mess sets have similar ones - and they pop up at farm sales and antique malls all the time.

Due to their popularity - finding matched sets is sometimes difficult, and there were several patterns.
