Love those footboards, WC. Very cool. Did you put anything on them to make them more durable?

Man I needs to get me some guns so I can make holster too!

Mr. Kid, that is a very nice belt and holster sir. I love the bleed knots. Are they cut curved to start with?

You sure have a talent for coming up with original ideas.  :)
You're a lucky man to have such great muses on your side.
I look forward to your next offering for viewing.

Howdy WC,
Those footboards are really nifty! Too nice to put your boots on. I'm curious also if you put a special finish on them. Thank you for showing this.

Thanks for that color info KT

I've been trying to develop a "practical to make" mag holder for some time. My friend and fellow church member, cowboy shooter and leather worker  Lodi Lefty made this mold. After he knocked out a few blanks he gave it to me; how cool is that? This is my first working model. As usual I will make some changes on the next one.

My camera batterny died so I was only able to take one picture.

Howdy JD,
You did a great job on the mag holder. Looks very professional. Your friend did a great job of making the mold.

That is the way to "Wet Mold"... with a male & female mold. I have wet-molded a few items but using a male mold only. I wish I had the equipment to make decent female mold.

Many thanks for sharing this with us.

Thanks for the positive comments guys, and I'll pass on the kudos to Lefty. I'm going to move my comments and questions to a separate thread so as not to tie up this thread.
