Cheapest place to buy?
« on: August 30, 2009, 04:54:53 PM »
Im  trying to get into CAS and im looking for 2 NM vaqueros in .45colt  in a 5.5 barrell in the all blued finish. My local gunstore has 2 in the stainless finish for 509 each, and he said it would be more expensive to get the blued verion. Is there any place online that you guys know about that has good prices, or that yall prefer to buy from?  Really I want the cheapest, no frill model that ruger makes.

thx.

Yo there Dead Roman,
I pleased to inform you that you're going after the BEST and a big hoooorahhhhh on that, I regret to inform you you that there is NOTHING cheep out there right now.  If I was walking around in in your boots right now I'd be going after those New SASS Vaqueros in the 357 mag, consecutive serial numbers as well as special SASS markings/numbers priced as a pair is a shade cheaper then separately unfortunately they are NOT in 45 LC at this time.  I myself am going after the same deal (NOT SASS PERKS) in 45 LC in the Bisley Vaqueros  Model.  BUY THE BEST-TOUGHEST now AND YOU'LL never REGRET IT!!!!  I'd guarantee that you will regret anything else.
Your Pard,

Looking at all the other stuff out there. It all seems to be within a few hundred bucks of each other for no frills models(which is what I want) accepting colt stuff. Even longhunters usfa models arent really priced out of reach. It is my understanding though that the rugers are the most durable of alll the saa clones/replicas. I also like the way they feel...the extra heft in hand is kinda nice.

I saw a "special edition" new vaquero on impact guns for 447? all blue. what makes it special edition?

Roman:

Send me a PM on exactly which NM RB-Vaqueros you're looking for.
I sell quite a few & haven't had much too problem with sequentials so far.
