Morning, Slim! I'm going to order a greenhouse today. Think a 12x8 is too big?
<Nimble on her mental feet hiding a wink to ST from her cousin>

It all depends on what ya gonna put in it.
Slim
Mainly stuff I don't want the bunnies to get like they did last year: lettuce, onions... I dunno about brocolli and cabbage, the bunnies always get to those before I see how big they can get.
AnnieLee
That'll work as long as the bunnies don't chew through the greenhouse.

I thought greenhouses were for yuppies, I know lots of farmers, none have a green house, but I know yuppies that do.
Grandpa was a farmer, grew an acre of garden every year, and didn't have no green house, the rabbits were only a minor problem. But grandpa knew how to keep rabbits out of his garden.

Study Thomas Jefferson, ya can't deny he was as close to a yuppy as there was in that time.
I never said yuppies are all bad, I know lots of them I'm friends with.
Heck look at the Billy the Kid picture, a carigan sweater, he might have even been a yuppie.
The guy that taught me the most about fittin' boots is a yuppie, he goes to yuppie places on vaction.
Heck my cuzin even married one and he was one of my best friends in high school. He even had John Denver on an 8-Track tape, he even bought a Volvo. Is part owner of a Starbucks somewhere in yuppie-ville Colarado, but were still friends.
Got a book with a picture of Indians in the greenhouse at the Whitehouse with Mary Lincoln. Mary and Abe might have even been yuppies.
Heck some of the folks on this board might even be yuppies.

I
know Vash. The man is a mess and makes me laugh.
"Me? No, I'm not Vash... " <then he whirls into some hyperactive attack>
AnnieLee
And after the attack he'll make an extremely frightened face and scream "KOWAIIIII!"
My son Will is laughing. "
TRIGUN!!
"
"And then he eats a donut."
"And there is a black cat in every episode."
Will told me to call you an "Otaku."
He drew a blank on who killed Ryoji Kaji, but knew it was from Evangelion.

Not to worry. It was a trick question
They never showed who dunnit (not important to the plot). But I've watched endless discussions among "Otakus" about who could have done it.

AnnieLee
Nope. You got it wrong. It's not a matter of shooting really. I need to educate some of my reflexes for the duel part of the match(it's not called duel anymore, it was deemed politically incorrect
), anyways this will involve little or no shooting at all. But lots of lifting up your pistol from the rest position and dryfire (you need to dryfire so you can see if you are doing it right. With live fire, recoil and the gun report will distract you).
On top of that I'm now lacking range free time to shooting practice, there's only two free weekends before the Nationals start.

Good for him! I hope he does well at his centerfire shoot this weekend.

I didn't do too well.
Barely made 1st Division standards.
I guess I still have more work to do.
Morning, Scattered Thumbs!
Am I understanding you correctly? Are you complaining about having to shoot more often?
AnnieLee
Grrr, I hate dry firing. I know it would/could serve a purpose in helping with "transitions" and drawing from my holsters, but for simulated fire, it STINKS!
If my revolver "clicks" but doesn't move with recoil, it screws up my target acquisition and my timing.
Okie, take two weeks of vacation, pack up your stuff and fly over here. You can have unlimited access to my range. It's not finished, but since it is in the woods, I'll be working on it until I can't get around any more.
Why do you need range time for dry firing?
