tasty roast

Well got out the 14" oven today. Did a nice sirloin tip roast, with root veggies and onion. Put about a cup of red wine in for good measure. Made gravy out of the drippings. Family just loved it. The roast turned out very tender. I should of done pics to share.

I'll try to do pics this week end. Going to do pork butt, sour dough bread if starter is good, and pineapple upside down cake. Well this is the plan as of now. Probably make carnitas out of pork butt, not sure yet.
