Just an FYI for anyone who might be interested. Today at Cimarron I saw an unusual item than I thought looked just cool as heck. It was an antique finish '76 in 50-95 with a 17 1/2" barrel. What a hog gun! It is definitely a one of a kind (although I guess since they have a guy in Texas who does the barrel cutting, any length is possible). I'm assuming the barrel was damaged at the 18" point, thus the new length. And the buttstock has a very large gouge on the bottom just behind the bottom tang, which is probably why they had it antiqued. But the wood has gorgeous figuring. I did not have my camera with me or I would have taken a pic. I won't be back there for a month so just thought I'd give a heads up if anyone had an interest in this one.
