Yep, that's me and my darlin' Miss Annie Lee - we met up down in MD at the Regional and Ida Mae and I were lucky to know her for a few years before her passing.  So sad, so young. Cry

Thanx for posting it Slim, I take it you've been to the photo site. Wink

Bill - my love of the 19th Century and all things western is one I've had all my life.  SASS was a great way for me to enjoy living it out here on the east coast, there are no NCOWS groups here.  It's one of the things I miss living out here instead of the mid-west.

Well it's nice out today so I thought I'd get a photo with my new frock coat.  Got it last year and only wore it once, of course it's wool so a little warm in the summer months.
Left out the sash I usually wear shooting, figured the coat is red enuff. Grin

Well Mr. Blackerberry, I want you to know yer not the only one that cleans up well.  BTW if I look a bit younger in the picture, it's because I am, my wife wants me to get another one done sometime, this is from 2001 and none of the grey in my hair had started:

Del, I just wish I had some hair, I don't care what color it is. I was watching an episode of "Cowboys" on the Outdoor Channel. They were at an NCOWS match in Nebraska. Tequila interviewed Terry.

In mounted our horses are allowed modern day safety equipment for their protection. From the posted shots looks like Tequila is the only one not needing something.

Jerry is a level 5 shooter and has many championships under his belt. He is alot of fun to watch ride...and what I love about our sport mounted or not all levels of shooters are equally as nice and willing to help.

Jerry rides 2 horses many times....This is Taffy...I posted this one because it completes Jerry's outfit right down to the express saddle if you can see it very well. When we are not competeing he does have the mail bag to fit over it.. Taffy is one cool horse as they think she is partially blind in one eye due to an accident many yrs ago, but you only know by looking at her eye (it is clouded over). You would never know by watching her perform.
