What in the world is a .41 short magnum?  Is it some sort of 10mm derivative?  I was hoping to create a SAA in .41 magnum to replicate the handful of second generations made in .41 magnum, but I don't think the larger USFA frame with a .41 short magnum will be what I am looking for.

Doc,

Just thinking out of the box here - but maybe a derivative of the 41 Colt with some of the newer powders that provide higher velocities without excessive pressure?
