Prime rib lunches.........

It don't git no better.................

I was rootin around at Sam's Club Saturday...............
I got the stuff I needed then started just wandering aroiund............
I ended up looking at all the nifty "Meetos"............

Beef roasts........standing rib roasts.........
I spotted 3 really nice slices of prime rib in a vacume bag.............

So I did them up Sunday, TYQ had a hankering for Pizza Saturday............

I did them on my George Fioreman grill..........

TYQ had about a half of one slice, I had about a 1/4.............

Wednesday, the last piece of prime rib for lunch..........

With Horsey Sauce.........What a lunch sammitch.............

What a treat............

A prime rib sammich with horse radish is hard ta beat.  Makes fer a good french dip too if ya got the juice left over or even some beef bullion in a pinch.

     As a main course I like ta get a 6 er 7 bone job an cut the flap on top so it swings open fer seasoning but is still attached an can still be closed up fer cooking.  Pack the whole thing in rock salt an cook it at about 225-250 fer four hours er so.  Fine dinin an ya can save the bones fer a good beef rib meal (BBQ sauce on the side a'course). 

     As you said, it don't get no better.
