Amin  and Rick, Thanks for the kind words Pards.
Amin, these were sewn and then soaked and packed with #8 shot to shape them. You have to keep packing it in till you wonder if yer stitching is going to hold Huh Grin

OK, BH, here's what you do. Make another test holster, left strongside this time. Then all you need is a belt and you have one fine rig. Nice work.

Pete, your rig came out really good. Very clean and finished looking. The color is perfect. I've tried for that a couple times and missed the mark a little each time. You nailed it. You have good reason to feel good about that. Welcome to the forum. It'll be nice to see more of your stuff.

KT, that's quite a collection you have going. All of it is impressive stuff. Thanks for the pics.

BG, those molded ball flasks are really cool. They look very usable and have a nice look about them. Good idea to use the shot to mold them. Darn good work on those.

Howdy Pards
Thank you for all your kiind comments.....  Smiley

Pete! ..... Did you have fun buildin that rig? and are you hooked on doin leather work like the rest of us are now?
Sure did have fun making it.
After years of racing, thrashing and reparing motocross and roadbikes this was definitely something completely different. But I loved every minute working on it.  Grin
This for sure will be the beginning of a new addiction..... already future plans are stacking up in my head.....

Next project certainly will see more handstitching now that I've done it once..... not easy and a lot of work but afterall very nice to do.

I used my HOG holsters Sat. at our match, and they are a slick pulling holster. Love that design.

Bob, you did an outstanding job. I'm glad Django asked about the dye; took the words out of my mouth. I don't know what you get for single holster rigs in Sweden, but you sure aren't asking too much for that kind of work, especially with the carving and stamping.

Just curious, is anyone lining their HOG rigs?
