I;m here, at work, trailer is packed except the groceries.  Headin' out about 9 am in the mornin'.

TLD, I forgot about a hat I had that might be just up yer alley, and in the price range.  I have a Rand, 8X (80% Beaver) 7 5/8 black open crown, marked down to $199, but I'm gonna see what I can do on a bit more.   Got a couple more already shaped one's yer size, 'bout what you want.   See ya tommorow sometime.

Saw her off. Drank coffee. Cussed (outtah grits). Shower, more coffee. Did some TTY werk for the shoot Saturday. Wrote ‘n mailed off a couple checks. KP duty. Laundry duty. Rolled three cans out ta the curb ‘n plugged a tire. Friggin’ screw what countersunk itself. Rubber cement ‘n me don’t like one ‘nother.

Happy ta hear, Angel. Wishin’ y’all much happiness ‘n many more.

Pete, it’ll all werk out.

Hope Tex has a good time. Guess he’s already gone. Del, you too.

Congrats, Scarlet.

Middle sister and BIL moved there 2 years ago.  Big sister and my parents fell in love with it when they visited and both had plans to relocate.  Mom and Dad have been gettin' the house ready for sale for the last several weeks.  I'm convinced it will only be a matter of time before baby sister joins them.

I'm looking at Ringold GA in approx 10 or 12 years, but lets face it, plans that go much beyond this weekend are subject to change without notice.
That makes more sense now.  ;D

Need lots of pictures from Ord, NE since I won't be there.

Thanks for the Congrats Fellas,

Wicked Wayze took me out for an early supper...steak, potato, green beans...desert to go.

OT that recipe looks good, gonna have to try it (since I am the only one round here that is conned bakes stuff other than chocolate chip cookies.

Del that looks like good sleepin' arrangements. Specially if there is any chance of rain on your trips.

Actually, I do most of the cooking around here. It seems that I like to eat more than anyone else except for the dogs. Food is their favorite dish. I'm a little more discerning than that. ;)

My wife, however makes some killer evil sweet things that she gleaned from her scandanavian upbringing. Unpronouncable things but the names don't matter since it all involves sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, butter, etc.

Good "real early mornin' ".  0010hrs here.  Night shift checkin' in.

Best wishes to you and your other half, Miz Scarlet.  It's a true milestone.  We'll be going double that plus four in bit over a week.

TLD, have a good trip.  I was thinkin' that we'll have to callyou something else, other than "Lawdog" now; "Tex", or "Dog",  :o ; oh, I know, "once a Lawdog, always a Lawdog".  Just pokin' at ya'.  TLD works well.

Around here, these days, I am the chief cook and bottle washer, even though we are both retired.  I figure that the "Boss" held the fort for over thirty years, so I can take some of the heat off her now.  We actually share pretty well.

Well, my eyes are feeling a bit heavy and bleary, so I think I'll wander off to the sack.

Later.

Congrats on the anniversary Scarlet.

What are we gonna do with the place now that dell is gone? ;D

Last night we had some pork chops.  I decided I needed to make me a rub and pulled some stuff that looked good outta the cupboard and went to werk.  I only put the rub on mine cuz I didn't want to ruin one of the ladies meals if'n I screwed it up.  Well there ain't no pictures cuz I couldn't eat it fast enough.  DELICIOUS. :o ;D  Family was glad I did not do theirs as I like pepper more than most.
