1st Canadian Championship at Rocky Mountain House

Next weekend the AFS hosts the Canadians at Rocky. This will be their 1st major match at Rocky Mountain House. I understand that they have accomplished some minor miracles, and the CAS Range is complete, including out buildings and the infamous Saloon all the way from Camrose.
They have done some serious work and deserve all the support we can give them.

A heck of a lot of work went into the new townsite.  we have had three scheduled shoots there so far.  This new range will surpass Camrose ambiance wise.  Both sides of the street are shooting bays complete with both old and new building facades. Thirteen stages in all.  I'm arriving on Wednesday and camping on site.

It's the first nationals to be held at RMH, but the 11th Annual overall.  Either way going to be fun and enjoyable.  As long as things go boom and no one falls down, it will be a sure success!

And a good time was had by all. Even the weather cooperated for the most part. Mostly sunny with the occasional cloudy period, caused by those of us in Posse #2 shootin' the black stuff!!

Yes it was a good time had by all, especially a certain chap in a kilt who got a weee bit ha'py a wee bit early and had to go to bed
